The VERIFI system requires that Facility Admins re-certify their VERIFI users every six months.
We’re now 6 months into users logging into VERIFI, so the first batch of “Recertifications” have started coming in.
The symptom – users won’t be able to log in until their Facility Admin recertifies them.
These are the steps to that the dealer needs to take to address this:
- Admin logs into VERIFI
- Sees Number of Days to Recertify on the User Management page
- Clicks on the user they want to Recertify
- Clicks on the Recertify button on the user’s profile

1. Go to User Management and Select a User
2. Review Selected User, Click on Recertify
3. Click Yes
4. Next Recertification is 6 months from today
