I use VERIFI all the time but (suddenly) I can't log in

The VERIFI system requires that Facility Admins re-certify their VERIFI users every six months.

The symptom – users won’t be able to log in until their Facility Admin recertifies them.

These are the steps to that the dealer needs to take to address this: 

1. Admin logs into VERIFI
2. Sees Number of Days to Recertify on the User Management page
3. Clicks on the user they want to Recertify
4. Clicks on the Recertify button on the user’s profile

1. Go to User Management and Select a User

2. Review Selected User, Click on Recertify

 

3. Click Yes

 

4. Next Recertification is 6 months from today
