Can an Auction House print an eMV-50?

Auction Houses may issue an eMV-50 on behalf of a selling dealer when a vehicle made available to them is sold. However, as an intermediary facilitating the transfer, an Auction House CANNOT print an eMV-50 that they submitted on behalf of a selling dealer.

Selling dealers may provide an email or fax copy of eMV-50s to Auction Houses which can then be provided to the purchaser. Additionally, for in-state wholesale auction transfers, purchasers will be able to print an eMV-50 from their VERIFI account upon accepting the transfer.
