What happens when I sell or buy at Auctions?

If you are selling at an auction, and are not exempt from VERIFI, you must use an eMV-50. See these FAQ for:

If you are buying at an auction and are exempt from VERIFI - you will get an eMV-50 for the vehicle you just bought, you can sell the vehicle (retail or wholesale) using a paper MV-50

If you are buying at an auction and are NOT exempt from VERIFI - you will get an eMV-50 for the vehicle you just bought, you can sell the vehicle (retail or wholesale) using an eMV-50.
