For NYS transfers:
You must reach out to the purchasing dealer and ask them to initiate a cancellation. They can do this by clicking on a specific transfer from the Incoming Transfers tab.
You will then receive a notification of cancellation, which you can then accept by clicking on the specific transfer from the Submitted Transfers tab.
For Out of State transfers:
You can cancel an Out of State (made on a secure paper MV-50) transfer from the Submitted Transfers tab.
