How do I cancel a Wholesale transfer that I received/accepted?

For NYS transfers:

You can initiate a cancellation by clicking on a specific transfer from the Incoming Transfers tab.

The selling dealer will then receive a notification of cancellation, which they can then accept by clicking on the specific transfer from the Submitted Transfers tab.
