I see multiple results for a VIN when I use the Search box in VERIFI

The VERIFI search will return all historical activity and results for a VIN. This is because VERIFI logs all user actions and updates to vehicles in the Book of Registry.

We recommend that you use the Filters in the Book of Registry to search for vehicles. You can then manage the entry in your Book of Registry or sell/transfer the vehicle.

To access the filters, click on Book of Registry and then click the Show Filters button. Enter the information you'd like to filter by (search for) and hit enter (on your keyboard).
