How do I return my MV-50 books?

Non exempt dealers must use VERIFI to return MV-50 books. Please follow these steps and make sure you complete all the steps:

1. Click on Book Returns 
2. Click on  '+ Create Return' 
3. Select the book type you want to return - MV-50 or MV-50W
4. Select the books that you would like to return and click on 'Return Books'
5. Confirm your return by clicking on 'Confirm and Return' on the popup
6. Click 'OK' to download the Coversheet that should be sent with the Book Return
7. The Book Return will now be listed under your Book Returns section with the status 'Initiated'
8. Click on this record to view the details page of the Book Return
9. Click on the 'Ship Return' button once the books are shipped (or if they have already been shipped).

Note: You MUST mark you return as 'Shipped'. The DMV will not be able to check-in your returned books if they have not been marked as 'Shipped'.
