The red error/alert was from the initial upload of DMV plates data into VERIFI, but it has been fixed.
The error might still show up but it is there just for informational purposes, it will not prevent you from accepting, managing and issuing your plates/ITPs.
You will have to accept and manage your plates in sequence, and you can do so by following the steps here - https://verifiny.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017813431-How-do-I-accept-my-Plates-ITPs-during-First-Login-
If you have already accepted your plates, you just have to open the boxes in sequence and mark the plates with the appropriate status.
