We receive your Plate/ITPs Inventory data from the DMV (their data indicates these are the plates that are outstanding in your system) for First Login.
According to DMV’s regulation, every Plate/ITP box must contain in-sequence Plates/ITPs. Due to this, when an out-of-sequence Plate/ITP (with no Plate/ITP before or after) is encountered, it is added to its own box.
We know that some of the data is old and DMV also understands that. Simply log into VERIFI to accept the 1-plate boxes and mark the Plate/ITP with the appropriate status.
This will only once during First Login since you are transitioning into VERIFI. Going forward any new Plate/ITP orders will be added to the system correctly.
