There is no option for MV-50 number in Proof of Ownership Document Types (New Vehicles)

This should be the underlying ownership document such as a Title or MCO. This would not be MV-50’s of any type. If you wish to record additional chain of ownership information, such as wholesale MV-50 numbers, you may do so in the remarks section.

Please note: the VERIFI team is discussing this with the DMV and this article will be updated if MV-50 is added to the list of Proof of Ownership Document Types in VERIFI (Last Update: 10/8/2018).
