Yes. The VERIFI team will be conducting group training and webinars for your staff. In addition, you will be provided quick user guides and training manuals for your staff to use as reference material. Dealers can also request one-on-one training sessions. The training will provide the guidance your staff will need to successfully use the VERIFI system, including updating the electronic Book of Registry, submitting electronic MV-50s, and printing the Temporary Certificate of Registration. The training sessions and guides/manuals will be available to your staff before VERIFI is launched and in the Help Section of VERIFI.
