I was granted an Exemption from VERIFI, what do I need to do? Will I be using VERIFI?

All dealers, whether exempt or not, will need to sign and submit a Facility Participation Agreement. Exempt dealers will be using secure paper MV-50s exclusively to record vehicle sales and transfers, but will have to submit a paper form to Vanguard for their sales.

After you are exempt, you'll have to email us a copy (scanned or a photo) or mail us a copy of your paper MV-50 so that the help desk team can enter it into VERIFI for you (see Section 5 of VS-700)
