Printing Form MV-82DEAL in VERIFI

Many dealers have expressed concern that when printing form MV-82DEAL in VERIFI it prints out as 3 pages instead of 2. Please follow the steps below to produce a proper 2-page document.

After an MV-50 has been submitted:

1. Select “MV-82” tab at top right of screen.
2. Complete all of the mandatory questions. If you do not complete these questions, the form will not generate properly in the next step.
3. Select “Generate Form” at bottom right of the screen, at which point the completed form will be downloaded.
4. Depending on your computer’s operating system you may be prompted to “Save” file and then “Open” file, or simply “Open” file.
5. Once the file is opened, print from the PDF view instead of the print button in the VERIFI screen. This will produce a completed full 2-page document.
